Fund Request for a Training Hall

We thank you for your valuable contribution and support to WED Trust during the year 2012.

We are in need of a Meeting Hall wherein about 100 persons can be seated comfortably. Since we have enough space in front of our office, we are planning to form the hall with Iron rod with Tin sheet roof and Tiles floor for 30” x 20” feet with an estimate of Rs.2 lakhs (US$ 4000).

The meeting hall can be used for

a)      Organize awareness, appraisal and review meetings to women, youth, children and the aged

b)      Provide skill trainings to leaders of community, women, youth and elderly people and NGOs

c)      Conduct film /video shows on social issues

d)      Facilitate family counseling sessions and legal aid camps

e)      Organize medical camps and distribution of medicines

f)       Distribution of livelihood support to beneficiaries of various projects

g)      Display charts of our vision, mission, activities, achievements and future plans

h)      Marketing shop for the promotion of Spirulina and other products of our SHGs

i)       Organize seminar and Special days like Children’s Day, Women’s Day and Human Rights Day

j)       Set-up exhibitions stalls and melas.

k)      Provide space for local community usage like network meets, debates, social functions, important observation, stake holders meet

l)       To make safe park our four wheeler and two wheelers during the night time

We request you to support suitably to make avail this important structure at our Office premise.
